The National chairman of Reformed Traders Association of Nigeria, Bright Chinedu who confirmed the development in an interview with Today FM’s Sandra Kenneth, said the process was done through the state government approved ledger of 1982 to 1984.
Chinedu confirmed that the first batch of the allocation was done with names published.
