Some students of the Department of Educational Psychology – Guidance and Counseling of Ignarius Ajuru University of Education gave the advice in an interview with our correspondent.
The President of the Departmental Students Association, JOHN BRIGHT observed that the reason the Federal Government Amnesty Programme for Niger Delta militants failed is because the beneficiaries were not duly counseled.
Also speaking; the Departmental General Secretary, BLESSING NGEREBOR-DON stressed the need for the teaching of counseling at primary and secondary schools to ensure proper grooming of young people.
