The committee was approved during the council meeting presided over by the Governor NYESOM WIKE.
The Commissioner of Information, AUSTIN TAM-GEORGE who briefed newsmen after the meeting, said the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, KENNETH KOBANI is the Chairman of the committee, while the Commissioner of Housing EMMA OKAH is to serve as the Secretary.
