The Police have continuously held UDUAK in detention for a crime allegedly committed by her son who is now on the run.
A Vacation Court, Justice I.R MINAKIRI had issued a release order which the Police have failed to comply with.
Meanwhile, in the latest development, the Justice MINAKIRI has granted an exparte order for substituted service on the Rivers state Police command.
Our correspondent reports that UDUAK ANIETE is currently being held by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad.
CHRISTIAN NJIGUM who is the counsel to ANIETE said a committal has been served on the Police.
