The Command in a statement signed by its Spokesman, NNAMDI OMONI said the old man was arrested with one HENRY CHUKWUEMEKA by personnel in Ahoada area of the state.
OMONI said CHUKWUEMEKA who hails from Anabmbra state was also found with the packs of bullets stacked in plastic containers.
