Lloyd, in reaction to the killing of the young man from Oduoha community, acknowledged that members of the Local vigilante are not constitutionally empowered to bear arms, but are meant to share intelligence with other security agencies in crime fighting.
The Emohua Council boss threatened that any member of the EMOVIS found culpable in connection to the murder of Ogbuehi will be dealt with, in accordance to the law.
