EGBA, who is of the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police, said his team received the electoral materials which included result sheets from Opobo Nkoro, Okirika, Oyigbo, Ahoada East and West, Onelga, Ikwerre, Etche and eleven local government Areas with the help of electoral officers.
Other local government electoral materials tendered by the officer who appeared as spinner witness includes EC8A result sheets from Port Harcourt City Local Government, Eleme and Omuma local government Areas.
Correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that the Governorship Candidate of the Africa Action Congress in Rivers State, BIOKPOMABO AWARA, when called into the witness box relied his testimonies on the documents presented by the spinner.
On Ikwerre Local Government Area, the AAC Governorship Candidate did not only present the local government result but also the eleven EC8B ward results sheets which were all objected by counsels to INEC, PDP and Governor NYESOM WIKE.
Earlier, NNAMDI WOGU who claimed to be ward collation agent of the Governorship Candidate of AAC and the party in Afara Ward in Oyigbo, BARRY BORRKPO, the collation agent for Afam in Ndoki Ward One in Oyigbo, DANIEL OTAMINI of Igboo three Ward Five in Etche Local Government and OBELLE MAJOR who worked as Ahoada West Ward Four agent told the tribunal that elections were free and fair in their various areas with results counted at the wards.
