This is because feeding of witnesses that is scheduled to commence today could not go on due to the absence of the three-man panel led by Justice KINGSLEY OJEAKOR in court.
Correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR reports that upon the arrival of the representatives of the parties in court today, they were informed by the registrar of the tribunal that the sitting would not hold.
According to one of the counsels who hinted our correspondent on the development, the absence of the panel could be as a result of change of panel which he said could be based on a petition against the Justice KINGSLEY OJEAKOR-led panel.
Recall that we brought you report about the confirmation of a petition against the panel which was brought to the notice of the parties last week by Justice OJIAKOR who said the panel had been petitioned over alleged compromise.
