C.P ODESANYA also told newsmen at the State Police Command Headquarters in Port Harcourt that some of those arrested for extortion have already been dismissed from the force.
The Police Commissioner assured that the State Command under his watch will no longer tolerate corrupt practices by policemen and officers.
He said while the command allows police personnel to carryout stop-and-search operation at strategic points, it will not condone anyone caught harassing motorists for tips.
