The Defence Counsel, KINGSLEY PHILLIPS had requested for the bail of his client on grounds of ill health, but Justice OPARA said the defendant did not present concrete facts to warrant a bail, and adjourned further hearing till Thursday.
Speaking with our correspondent, prosecuting counsel, ESSIEN EDET said the nature of the alleged crime does not allow for bail to be granted adding that the bail application lacks merit.
