Rivers Chief Judge warns judges to be time conscious

Justice Amadi gave the advice during a Seminar organized by the Rivers State Judiciary in collaboration with Investment and Security Tribunal where he emphasized on the need for judges and Magistrates to always strike out matters in which they lack jurisdiction.

 

The Chief Judge of Rivers State said the action will save time and resources and as well promote timely dispensation of justice to other matters.

Justice Amadi further commended members of Investment and Security Tribunal for the seminar which he said have not only educated them on time management but on how to invest in the capital market.

On his part, Professor Augustin Agume who delivered a lecture during the programme said timely determination of matter could save a lot in the capital market and judicial system.
