Prince STEVEN LEMACHI accused DSP ADETUYI of leading a police team to invade his home at midnight, harassing members of his family and destroying his belongings.
LEMACHI is threatening to drag the police officer to court over claims that the sum of one point eight million naira and other valuables were carted away by the policemen during the raid on Tuesday night.
However; the Police Public Relations Officer, NNAMDI OMONI said Prince STEVEN LEMACHI would be charged to court after investigation over a land dispute.
OMONI told newsmen that DSP BENSON ADETUYI acted based on orders following a petition by EDNA WOBILOR who is involved in a dispute with Prince STEVEN LEMACHI over a landed property at Rumuodomaya in Obio-Akpor.
NNAMDI OMONI is the spokesman for the Rivers State Police Command.
