Representatives of the group of people living with disabilities said they have carefully watched the programmes of events for the Golden Jubilee without the mention of any activity directed at them.
The spokesman for the group, BENJAMIN BROWN-LESOR in an interview with correspondent UCHENDU EJIOWHOR observed that other groups that were previously not included have been given recognition, which he said should also be extended to them.
BROWN-LESOR called on Governor NYESOM WIKE to intervene and ensure that the Physical Health Challenged people are given a slot in the ongoing celebration.
BENJAMIN BROWN-LESOR is the spokesman for the group Physical Health Challenged People in Rivers State.
