Reacting to the call, Goodnews Amadi, a political stakeholder in Obio-Akpor, said it is wrong for those who effectively removed themselves from the House of Assembly by defecting to another political party to call for the arrest of duly appointed CTC chairmen, constituted by the governor and supported by the Victor Oko-Jumbo-led House of Assembly.
Amadi, who is the coordinator of the Supreme Council for Sim in Obio-Akpor, said Rivers people have one governor and will continue to support him.
He said the men, women, and youths will do everything possible to protect the interest of the people rather than the interest of one individual.
