The house committee chairman on works, Michael Chinda who gave the order at the committee meeting in Port Harcourt expressed displeasure over the delay of the project.
Chinda also warned the contractor handling the Bori- Kono road to ensure that those who have no business in the ongoing project on site are laid off to ensure the security of workers and safety of project equipment.
