Our correspondent reports that the matter which was initially slated for hearing could not go on because when matter was mentioned in court, counsel to APC and its National Chairman, TUDURU EDEH who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria moved a motion for extension of time to enable him regularized all processes.
Counsel to the Claimant, ECHEZONAM ETIABA, who is also a Senior Advocate of Nigeria did not object to the motion, allowing Justice GEORGE OMEREJI to adjourn the matter to the 30th of March for hearing.
