The state Publicity Secretary of the APC, Darlington Nwauju who made the claims said billions of tax payers’ money has allegedly been warehoused for vote buying and to compromise key institutions connected to election management in the state.
Nwauju alleged that the judiciary has been also been conscripted to ensure the spirit of other political parties are dampened.
