Senator ABE told newsmen in Port Harcourt that it was obvious that the State Leadership of the APC designed the congress to shut out his supporters.
However; in a statement released by his Media Assistant, Senator ABE noted that by resisting what he called the act of impunity shows that the APC would grow to take over the state.
Senator ABE commended the Commissioner of Police for his intervention, pointing out that the move was necessary due to fragile nature of the security of Rivers State.
Senator ABE also dismissed insinuations that he was planning to defect from the APC to the PDP.
