The APC stated this in a statement signed by its Publicity Secretary in the state, Darlington Nwauju.
The statement demanded that the state government wake up from its slumber by working with the resources of Rivers people for the benefit of Rivers people.
Nwauju said Rivers people cannot accept the excuse of political distractions for failing to work assiduously to reduce insecurity, unemployment, improved access to education, provision of access to potable water and electricity, among other things.
The statement said as a responsible opposition political party, APC, will offer the following free practical policy advisories to Governor SIMINALAYI FUBARA on how to tackle unemployment and allied matters to stimulate business investments and encourage young people to e into entrepreneurship.
