Residents of Ohiakwu community in Eagle Island area of Port Harcourt City Local Government have expressed concerned about the state of insecurity in the neighbourhood.One of the concerned residents, who identified himself as DIDYMUS NWANRO, recounted how a young lady was gang-raped by some suspected cultists, because she had no money for them to steal.On his part, MPAKA HORSFALL who is the spokesman for the Community Development Association; said everything possible was being done for the formation of a local vigilante to protest the community.Also speaking; the Chairman of Eagle Island Unit of the Keke Riders and Owners Association, OBAMUSA ORLU called on some highly placed individuals in the area to assist in the fight against crime.
