The Speaker of the House, YAKUBU DOGARA hopes that the proposed legal framework would enhance even development of all federal constituencies.
DOGARA made the revelation at the public hearing on the Bill for An Act for the Establishment of Constituencies Development Fund, which held at the National Assembly in Abuja.
He said the decisions on projects to be implemented under the proposed fund would be at the discretion of the various Constituency Development Project Advisory Committees, which would also be set up under the legislation.
