The former schoolgirls who are now young women were released two weeks ago in an exchange deal between the Federal Government and the militant group, after three years in captivity.
The presentation was made by the Chairman of the House Committee on Women in Parliament, EVELYN OGORO of the PDP from Delta State, when she led other lawmakers on a visit to the freed girls at the Department of State Services Clinic in Abuja.
OGORO who stood in for the Speaker of the House, YAKUBU DOGARA, assured the freed girls that the House hold them in high esteem and would support them to realize their ambitions in life.
