The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 Alteration Bill is among the notable legislations that are up for consideration.
Others are the Free Integrated Maternal and Child Health Care Bill, the National Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment Establishment) Bill, the Cerebrospinal Meningitis Prevention, Control and Management Bill and the Agricultural Produce Price Control Agency of Nigeria Establishment) Bill.
GBAJABIAMILA also underscored the passage of the North East Development Bill by the House of Representatives.
The lawmaker also disclosed that the committees of the House will, upon resumption in January, embark on oversight functions to ensure full implementation of the 2016 Budget.
GBAJABIAMILA noted that the 2016 budget, which was passed in June this year, will run till 5th of May, 2017.
