The Governor made the disclosure when he appeared on a live television progamme.
He also further disclosed that another flyover will be commissioned in December while the remaining three will be commissioned in the first quarter of next year.
The Governor also revealed that the five flyovers and other accompanying roads cost about forty billion naira.
