Reactions have continued to trail the statement credited to former leader of Rivers State House of Assembly TAMUNOSIS GOGO JAJA over the legality of the Rivers State House of Assembly to sit, despite the nullification of the election of twenty two of its members.The former Speaker of the State House of Assembly STEPHEN EZEKWEM described the statement by GOGO-JAJA as misleading of, stressing that the nine of the members cannot for quorum and make biding decisions.EZEKWEM also faulted the position of GOGO-JAJA that the speaker of the state assembly, ADAMS DABOTORUDIMA needs to be served a court notice that the election of twenty-two members of the house has been cancelled before the nullification will be noted by the speaker.
