PUTIN dismiss allegations of war crimes over ongoing bombardment of Syria’s second city Aleppo.

President PUTIN described the allegations as rhetoric that did not take into account the realities in Syria.

PUTIN came out with the position in an interview with the French media after cancellation of his planned visit to that country following escalation of tension with between Russia and the West.

The suggestion of war crimes in Aleppo came from French President FRANCOIS HOLLANDE.

Meanwhile; Russia and the United States have agreed to resume ceasefire talks on Syria at ministerial level.

Russia’s Foreign Minister SERGEI LAVROV is scheduled to meet his US counterpart JOHN KERRY and other key regional powers in Switzerland this Saturday.
