President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has directed the Federal Ministry of Finance to include the basic healthcare provision fund in the 2016 Budget.
Speaking during an event in Abuja to mark Nigeria’s delisting as a polio endemic country, President BUHARI expressed pleasure that Nigeria did not record any case of polio in the last one year.
The President also said Nigeria was working on a revised National Health Policy that would have the achievement of Universal Health Coverage as its ultimate goal.
