The agencies include; the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, Nigerian Meteorological Agency, Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Zaria and Accident Investigation Bureau.
The appointments were disclosed in a statement issued by the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Transportation, SABIU ZAKARI.
According to the statement, Captain FOLA AKINKUOTU is to head the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency as the Managing Director, while Professor SANI ABUBAKAR MASHI is the Director-General of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency.
The statement further disclosed that Captain ABDULSALAM MOHAMMED is the new Rector of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology in Zaria, while AKINOLA OLATERU is to assume the position of the Commissioner of the Accident Investigation Bureau.
