The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam GARBAR SHEHU, made the denial in reaction to an online media publication.
In a statement shared on his Facebook page, Mallam SHEHU said the allegations contained in the report are totally incorrect, misleading and a fabrication.
The Presidential spokesman said the Nigeria High Commission in London did not at any time ever settle the medical bills or any other bills for ABBA KYARI.
He recalled that ABBA KYARI was rushed out of Nigeria for an emergency medical treatment on 1st December last year.
SHEHU said the Nigeria High Commission in London wrote a Letter of Guarantee to the Wellington Hospital, which was required in a place of cash deposit, to enable KYARA receive proper medical attention.
He said the role of the High Commission did not involve financial commitments on behalf of KYARI.
