A statement from the Presidency indicates that President BUHARI would hold talks with German Chancellor, ANGELA MERKEL in Berlin on issues of common interests, especially as it has to do with security, trade and economic relations as well as the humanitarian situation of Internally Displaced Persons in the North-East of Nigeria.
President BUHARI is also scheduled for a meeting with the German President JOACHIM GAUCK, as well as a meeting with representatives of the Nigerian community in Germany before returning to Abuja.
He is accompanied by the Governors KASHIM SHETTIMA of Borno State and ROCHAS OKOROCHA of Imo State.
