Portugal have proposed an international friendly match against Nigeria’s Super Eagles as part of preparations for upcoming international competitions. The proposed fixture is expected to take place in Lisbon and would allow both teams test their squads ahead of future qualifiers.
If confirmed, the friendly will give the Super Eagles technical crew the opportunity to assess players against strong European opposition, while Portugal see the game as part of their build-up for major international tournaments.
