Port Harcourt commercial drivers lament harassment,high levies

In an interview with Today Fm Sandra Kenneth, chairman of Urban Driver’s Welfare Association, Lekia Isaac who expressed dissatisfaction over double taxation in the state stressed the need for the unified ticketing that was rolled out and implemented two years ago by the state government.

He further accused the rivers state task force on illegal street trading and Motor Park of inflicting injuries and harassing commercial drivers.
