Manager Corporate Communications of PHEDC, John Onyi also said the issue of vandalism, energy theft, refusal to pay electricity bill by customers and more, are part of the challenges the sector faces.
Onyi said the sector has fared well because since it took over, the PHEDC has ensured that there is power supply in every home across the states it covers.
