The civil guard have arrested a forty two-year-old man of Pakistani origin, identified as Dilawar Hussain.
They said he handed himself in and confessed to the murders.
The bodies of siblings were found at their home last week.
They had been partially burned.
The three lived together in a town of around eight thousand inhabitants south-east of Madrid.
