The National Headquarters of the Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) has appointed a new caretaker committee to oversee the association’s affairs in Rivers State.
The committee will be led by Mercy Otuene as Chairperson, with John Egwim serving as Secretary. Their appointment was confirmed in a letter jointly signed by PMAN National President, Pretty Okafor, and the General Secretary, Elizabeth Gabriel.
According to the letter, the new leadership has been tasked with de-escalating the ongoing crisis within the association and uniting all members in the state.
PMAN President Pretty Okafor also appealed to the Rivers State Government and relevant stakeholders to cooperate with the newly appointed committee as it works to restore stability and progress within the association.
