The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Rivers State Branch, has appealed for intervention following the impact of the Rumuosi land dispute on its property.
State Chairman of the society, Lekia Princewill, said its multi-million-naira professional resource and drug analysis centre, which is about 80 per cent completed, has been affected by the crisis.
Meanwhile, leaders of the Rumuosi community dismissed claims regarding the disputed boundary, insisting the land falls within the ancestral territory of Rumuosi Kingdom and not Rumuogholu community.
