PETROAN believes that the commencement of the Port Harcourt refinery will be a catalyst for enhancing the ease of doing business in the country.
State Chairman of PETROAN, Francis Dimkpa in an interview with Today FM’s Ifunanya Obeme-Ndukwe, while acknowledging the uncertainty surrounding the refinery’s timeline, urged the Federal Government to persist in its efforts to ensure the refinery becomes operational.
Dimkpa emphasized that the completion of the road leading to the refinery remains pending, and called on the Federal Government to prioritize the completion of the road.
