State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners, Collins Iheanyi-Nwankwo who spoke during a South South Zonal Meeting of Pensioners highlighted amongst others, challenges of the Pensioners not attended to by the government including; non payment of gratuities, initial pension arrears and death benefits.
Iheanyi-Nwankwo while commending the Government for the regular payment of monthly pension, re-stated that since the inception of the present administration, none of the issues raised has been addressed.
