PDP Rivers State says three of its candidates in the state and national legislative rerun elections on 19th of March have secured victory at the Election Petition Tribunal

The victorious Rivers PDP candidates whose elections were upheld are BLESSING NSIEGBE, EDISON EHIE and MARTINS MANNAH.

NSIEGBE represents Port Harcourt-Two Federal Constituency; EHIE won the election for Ahoada-East State Constituency One, while MANNAH was elected for Ahoada-East State Constituency Two.

State Chairman of the PDP, FELIX OBUAH said the decisions of the tribunal marked a confirmation of the mandate of Rivers people for the party.

According to a statement released by his Media Assistant, OBUAH commended the Tribunal Judges for standing upright in their decision on the matters.

He said the PDP, as a law-abiding party, has over the years conducted its activities under the rule of law and remains resolute in its preference for free, fair and peaceful elections at all levels.
