Eze Nwaji who made the appeal at his palace in Oyigbo, said people can no longer move freely due to fear as security men have allegedly resorted to picking up innocent law abiding residents, label them as members of proscribed indigenous people of Biafra and lock them up in their barracks without confirmation.
The monarch, while acknowledging the importance of drafting security men to Oyigbo, advised them to be thoroughly professional in the discharge of their duties.
