The Oyigbo monarch who was speaking at his palace in Oyigbo noted that the reason Oyigbo was deserted was because of the climate of fear and uncertainty created by a man in the community.
While supporting the imposition of curfew as a way of checkmating further break down of law and order in the area, Eze Nwaji used the opportunity to ban all non indigenous community development committees and youth organizations from operating in the area.
