Justice LIMAN therefore ordered INEC to announce the pending result of the rerun election in Tai Local Government Area in Rivers State on the same day for the conclusion of elections in areas where the polls were suspended on 19th of March.
The Federal High Court judge made the pronouncement in a ruling on a matter brought by the Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers State, challenging the decision by INEC to uphold the votes collated in the rerun election in Tai Local Government Area on 19th March.
