Ojukaye leaves Prison Custody.

OJUKAYE FLAG-AMACHREE had been held at the Port Harcourt Prison on the orders of two judges of the Port Harcourt High Court until he was granted bail by the Court of Appeal yesterday.

Our correspondent UCHENDU EJOIWHOR reports seeing the APC Chieftain from Asari-Toru leave the Port Harcourt Prison in the company of some of his political associates.

He was first taken to the State Secretariat of the APC within Old GRA, from when the group moved to his residence in Port Harcourt.

Earlier today, our other correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reported sighting some chieftains of the APC around the Court of Appeal complex, as they made frantic efforts to perfect the bail conditions granted to OJUKAYE.

You will recall that in the bail that was granted OJUKAYE yesterday, the Court of Appeal ordered him to provide ten million naira and two sureties who must be senior citizens and residents of Port Harcourt.

OJUKAYE was also ordered to deposit his travel documents with the Registrar of the Court.
