The Supreme Court yesterday decided to set stop OTTI’s application, pending the determination of the main appeal between OGAH and Governor IKPEAZU.
OGAH is seeking to be declared as the substantive candidate of the PDP for the election in 2015, and as such the rightful person to occupy the Government House in Umuahia.
However; OGAH lost his case at the Federal High Court and the Court of Appeal, before heading to the Supreme Court, where ALEX OTTI decided to join the matter.
