DOUGLAS who hails from Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of the state defeated thirty six other contestants to emerge as the winner of the event which was held in Yenegua, the Bayelsa state capital.
She is expected to represent Nigeria at the 2019 edition of Miss World Pageant coming up in December in London.
In the meantime DOUGLAS has continued to receive commendation for her recent feat.
In a statement; the Emohua Branch Chairman of the Ikwerre Youth Movement, LUCKY WORLU said hard work and dedication helped DOUGLAS to win the coveted prize while encouraging other sons and daughters of Emohua to remain hardworking.
