The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Obio/Akpor Chapter, has commended Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, for his decision to join the All Progressives Congress (APC), describing the move as a step toward unity and progress in the state.
In a statement, the Chairman of the NYCN Obio/Akpor Chapter, Comrade Ndamati Robinson Jonathan, said Governor Fubara’s alignment with the APC would promote sustainable development, peace and political stability across Rivers State.
Comrade Jonathan pledged the full support of the NYCN Obio/Akpor Chapter to the governor, assuring him of the youths’ commitment to policies and initiatives that encourage growth and good governance in the state.
