The newly reelected Port Harcourt Zonal Chairman of NUPENG, Mina Samuel who spoke after his re-election said negotiations will sustain peace and prevent violent agitations.
Samuel in an interview with Today Fm’s Uchendu Ejiowhor promised to protect the rights of workers through a better welfare package and job security.
Reacting to recent comments by the chairman of the Port Harcourt unit of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria, Obelle Ngechu that some depot owners were selling fuel above government approved price, the National Treasurer of NUPENG, Alex Agwanwor, challenged Ngechu to name the defaulting depots.
