Barely 48 hours after suspending its strike, the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) has accused the management of Dangote Refinery of reneging on the resolutions earlier reached.
In a statement signed by its President, Williams Akporeha, and General Secretary, Afolabi Olawale, the union warned it might resume the industrial action.
NUPENG said the breach concerns the agreement between the refinery, the Federal Government, and truck drivers under the NUPENG-PTD.
