This was made known by the Minister of Interior; retired General ABDULRAHMAN DAMBAZAU during a meeting with a delegation of officials from the Centre for Crisis Communication.
General DAMBAZAU said the NSCDC Special Force is being put together with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, headed by Chief AUDU OGBE.
DANBAZAU disclosed that the Federal Government has also initiated series of training for NSCDC operatives and personnel of the Nigeria Police Force who are to be deployed in areas in the North-East that have been liberated from Boko Haram terrorists.
