Recall that there was a controversy about the suspension on the removal of fuel subsidy last week, which the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed, clarified.
A cross–section of Nigerians, while reacting to the planned removal of subsidy in the coming months, appealed that it should not be removed, hinging their reasons on trust and increased suffering that will come with it.
However, other respondents expressed support for the removal, but called on the Federal Government to set out modalities to ease the associated difficulty that will come with it.
